Molly is a former professional road racer, now ultra endurance racer and adventure rider. She set a new Guinness World Record in 2025 for the fastest circumnavigation of the British coastline by bicycle in 21 Days, 10 Hours and 48 mins. Riding for around 18 hours a day over 7700km.
